CASTRO VALENTINE

William Ulrich

I want to thank the GLBT History Museum for letting me do two drawings from photographs in their archive. Please check out the museum at  4127 18th (at Castro) if you haven’t been by there yet. The remaining drawings represent men from Folsom Street Fair, my sketch group and my partner at Gay Pride. They are from photographs that I’ve taken and live models. Recently I’ve begun doing digital collages of found images and drawings from Mark Chester’s Gay Men’s Sketch. This a new direction for my work, hope you enjoy the result.
